Diet, etc. question... I'm working with a nutritionist on establishing a maintenance diet I can live with and have occasional fun foods w/o going off the deep end, which I am prone to do on and off. Aargh! I want to do flushes and cleanses but also have to work with blood Sugar issues, since I'm diabetic. So it's a bit tricky. I have found the exact thing that is causing my type of diabetes, so that's exciting.
