Yes I eat cooked organic brown rice and organic eggs and a few other items, that are mixed into my diet. Either daily or weekly or even monthly. The 85% is a rough est. and some days don't eat anything cooked and other days maybe eat 25% cooked food(usally when visiting friends and family). But try and eat raw most of the time. The only meal that I eat anything cooked is dinner. I've been eating raw for about 5 months now and do enjoy it alot. Like u said take one day at a time and do what's best for yourself!
