Actually I've found the opposite is true. When I eat crappy food for a few days (french fries, ice cream etc) I STOP itching. Then as soon as I go full-throttle anti-candida diet I start itching again. I've decided it's my body cleansing itself because over the past year the itching has lessened to a great degree. Also I itch less after a series of enemas.

Strangely this itching is my last symptom of candida. i wish it would go away for good.
