antifungals

Hey, you gotta walk the long road pal. No shortcut and no rush. It took many years of toxic accunulation to take you where you stand now and it will take a while before you heal it for you need to detox and your metabolism can only risk to move a few toxins at a time. Otherwise the blood gets to acidic and... you die. No wonder your metabolism kept storing these toxins... it is a survival mechanism.

Antifungals are good to alleviste SYMPTOMS. Diflucan will only cope with reproductive system....= not good enough. Nystatin is better in that it will work all over your body BUT antifungals will not heal you of candida... the diet and detox will. I sometimes use antifungals.... when candida overwhlems my body - I live in very humid Taiwan sub-tropical climate and when the humidity is high I cannot cope without antifungals to help restore a bit of equilibrium.

White coating= yeast, yes you still have candida and you have had a very good start in that the first steps you have mentioned above are ideal.
