Hi Kris - Your recipe sounds really good. I printed it out. Do you know if you have to use cilantro? Or can you use regular curly parsely? I eat that all the time by itself, but the cilantro tastes like soap to me, so I'd like to avoid it if I can. Do you know if one needs the botannical or nutritional properties of cilantro? Your dinner sounds like mine. LOL! BTW: I can't use miso as it is a fermented soy product. It makes me really sick. My hubby and son go on secret trips to the Japanese restaurant without me, when I'm not around. :0)
