Weird BM - advice please ?

Hi everyone,

I am new here and from the UK. I have been taking threelac for about 11 days now and have had weirdness going on in the toilet ! I have twice had a normal BM but that contains loads of black looking dots (bout the size of grapeseeds) some in stool, some floating. Tissue paper was orangey-yellow and OILY !! Sorry if TMI and to be so gross :(( I have never had anything like this before so am v. curious as to what it might be. I'm not taking any other supplements but drinking loads of water and hot water and lemon juice 2-3 times a day. I was dx with CFS/ME in 2000 after years of bad health followed by a grim virus. Had mono in 1989, dx with Gilberts syndrome as my liver enzymes are always slightly elevated.

Would appreciate any insight.
