Ok, I think having it on its own washed down with water after will be the best bet.

I had 2 onces a few hours ago and plan to do 2 onces a day for the first week, then cut back to a tablespoon or 2 a day. I would love to take 2 onces everyday but its quite expensive and I'd run out before I know it!

I also take fresh liquid Royal Jelly (Irena) dayly for the past month so I'm hoping both with be a perfect combination.
