Sea Salt

Can i use fine Rock Salt, it has pinkish colour, i can't find fine celtic Sea Salt because i use for cooking, and all the health store in my are just carry the granules ones,

Do i have to store the salt in tightly container?can i store them in the container that have small hole on the lid for putting small spoon, just for convenient only, so easier to use the salt
