It seems nvsble kid and 37847 have both hit on questions I had about Liver Cleanses a year and a half ago that no one ever answered on this forum.

I did two cleanses with the oil and nothing happened. I just got sick because the oil did not come out. I did them after 5 day fasts. So "nvsble" said with the weak liver the oil is difficult. (Yes I obviously have a poorly functioning liver.) So the malic acid softens the stones. And will the Epsom Salt help to move everything out since I could not do a cleanse 2 times.

I have never done one since those last two that never worked. Maybe I should start slow with other means like teas. anyone have any ideas as to whether malic and Epsom Salts will work. I had a scan for gall stones 3 years ago and they saw none. so maybe they are small but my liver is bad. I am always constipated. Thanks.
