Blood donation to help with die-off?
Well this is a weird concept probably but hang with me. Here's my situation:
I've been on a very strict diet lately. Also, I've been consuming large quantities of garlic and apple cider vinegar...along with various supplements. I'm also taking threelac. As a result I've got some big time die off happening. My skin is breaking out in hives like you wouldn't believe. (very difficult to live with and sleep with)
I'm assuming that my liver is having a hard time trying to disperse the toxins left over from the dead candida so it's ramming them through my skin. This has gone on for several weeks with no end in site.
I'm wondering if giving blood would help eliminate some of the toxins that might be in my blood. Does this make sense?
Also if anyone has any suggestion of how to deal with the die-off effect of itchy skin rashes, please help me out. Right now I'm taking Zyrtec when the itching gets unbearable, which helps alot....but I also realize that the toxins DO need to escape from my body and the Zyrtec is inhibiting that from happening.
I understand that vitamins E, A and zinc can help. Anyone have any dosage recommendations for these. Thanks in advance! Tom
