what to do??

i've had multiple sex partners (unprotected), but only got this infection after having sex with my last partner. i asked him if he had it but he said no... could he be lying??

i've been on probiotics the past two months. it went away for a short while then came back again recently. what should i do?? it doesn't itch much.. also, i noticed some itchy red spots on my lower legs... is this normal? how do i get rid of them? are there any better methods to get rid of this infection?
