Re: Anyone trying "yeast against yeast"?

Actually, I think the yeast against yeast protocol may be a good idea. I'm saying this because the past three days I have been eating yeast bread. 3 slices each day, and today I noticed alot of yeeast in my stool. I don't know if it is because of the yeast bread or because of something else but obviously the yeast bread did not hurt me. Sometimes I think yeast may be bad for us, but then again none of us can be exactly sure. Can I ask what exactly has he prescribed for you? I would suggest trying out the yeast against yeast protocol, then if you find it is not working for you you can always stop it. My philosopy is with this candida beast, NEVER RULE OUT ANYTHING. I am always willing to give any possible cure a try. Each of us is different so what may work for 1 person may not work for another. Wishing you the best of health and keep plugging at it.
