What can I say, I drink coffee. A while back I posted a few messages asking about coffee. I got the same answer from everyone--NO! I have switched to half decaf, and less cups per day. I start to feel it if I drink too much in a day, but if I keep it to 1, maybe 2 cups per day I seem to tolerate it. I think that the milk I put in the coffee is harder on my system than the coffee. The candida diet is just to lacking in yummy things--especially to drink.
I have found that instant coffee is also a great flavor to add to my yoghurt!
