I have tried Rejuvelac in the past and was surprised how nice it was; as well, I know of people who blend brewer's yeast (grown on sorghum molasses -- KAL has an Imported type of this) with either fruit juice or apples and water then put it in the fridge overnight. Apparently, it is delicious -- I believe that this is then fermented?
The explanation is really interesting -- one would have to have this knowledge in order to make any improvements in their B-12 uptake!
