I agree ...

Salut Everyone,

Toxins/chemicals in the 20th Century are a definitely culprit. We are taught and accept without question that it is OK to ingest, breath and wear (perfumes, detergents... them.
As Anne stated: Depletion of minerals in the soil, vaccinations...
Pesticides, herbicides...and Antibiotics fall into this category along with countles others...

Requirement: eat as much organics as possible and use soaps and cleaners that are not made from chemicals...SIMPLY, DO WHAT YOU CAN TO LIMIT THE INGESTION OF TOXIC CHEMICALS...and USE HERBS NOT DRUGS!

Stressors, WITHOUT A DOUBT, are influential cuprits. It ABSOLUTELY AMAZES and STUNS me that people believe they can reach a state of health by concentrating solely on the physical body! The body simple does not function optimally when we do not take care of ourselves...we are intimately attached to our bodies...hence the mind/body connection...

Requirement: take time for yourself. Do activities you ACTUALLY enjoy! Try meditation, reiki, yoga...

Cleansing is a definite requirement. My perception is this: even if an individual did not require cleansing prior to getting sick, they MOST DEFINITELY require it following years of body misuse and malfunction. This just makes sense. By the way, healthy individuals I believe could benefit from cleasing...we wouldn't think to take a bath every six months!!

Requirement: do enemas or colonics, detox baths, herbs to detoxify, supplements, organic foods and so on....

Take Care of Yourselves...I think we all DESERVE IT!
Alex
