You might try natural (no additives, hormones, etc. ) I eat this kind of pork w/o problems. I do notice bad reactions from processed types such as bacon. I also buy ham slices, but they are additive free, and also seem to be fine for me. There is a bit of a Sugar issue with the ham slices, but I am so far along in this that the small amount has no effect on me.
