candida testing--experiences?

Hi everyone! I'm going to see my first naturopathic doctor in a couple of weeks. I desperately need to get some testing done once and for all just to find out FOR SURE if this is the problem. Is it possible for doctors to order a stool and/or blood test to check specifically for internal yeast? Does the Great Smokies Lab do this? I didn't see a test kit for candida on their website. I did, however, see one for parasites. Would this be used for testing yeast as well? Who has been tested, how did you do it, and what were the results? Any information, PLEASE! :) Thank you.
