I also have something which may be the same thing. It is not really painful but feels more like a pressure in the lower right abdomen. Occassionally it is painful after excercise, and sometimes when I use the restroom in the middle of the night. I have had it for 3 years or so when I became quite ill with what I came to find was mercury toxicity. I never thought that candida could have caused it until recently when I began taking nystatin (antifungal) and it became a bit more conspicuous and painful. Now your message makes it seem more likely that it is candida. So thanks and good Luck.
