I took one ore to tablets everyday. II do not know how many miligrams that was. I need to buy a new bottle. I have taken a lot of supplemets. Most of them have done nothing for me. Some of them are good. I can tell the difference that MSM has done with my hair. But I was not concern at all about the acidity of my stomach.
