Hello. I, too, am experiencing rapid hair thinning/loss at age 19. For me, this was the first indication that something is wrong. I started losing hair in October of 2004. I attribute the hair loss to Candida (though, recent research suggest low iron levels, and usage of Tazorac may also be the culprit). I took the anti-biotic Keflex for about a 10 months, and the anti-biotic Minocycline for about 12 months right before the Keflex (so, about 22 months straight of anti-biotic usage). I took these anti-biotics for my acne, and I believe long-term usage of the anti-biotics is cause for my Candida. I have purchased the Colonix Internal Cleasning Prog. and plan to start that in the beginning of May.

Deb, what did you use for your bowel cleanse? Also, you said that you noticed more hair loss during the cleansing period...has this subsided? You're currently finished with the cleanse, right? Has your hair loss stopped?

Zule, what is the dosage of MSM you take? Also, do you take capsules or crystals?
