What I used

After giving birth, during nursing, I used a POP. After reading the other posts, now I understand why I did not have any problem with them--no estrogen. I used the regular pills for one month and suffered horribly from a candida flare up--instant ear infection, emotional imbalances, etc... Now I use the progesteron only shot--good for 3 months. I don't seem to be having any problem with it.
