respiratory syncytial virus (RSV) usually diagnosed in infants, but you might have it

the cough made me think of it (it causes mild cold-like symptoms in Adults and older children).... also maybe you have EBV and are showing slight Mono symptoms, this could attribute to it showing up later in the day as you are more tired.. just a thought.
