Yeast without cancer

Hello,
I have a question for some of the knowledgeable people out here in forum land. Is it possible to have systemic yeast without having cancer somewhere in your body?
And what are some of the feelings you may have inside of your body if you do have systemic yeast? I have feelings which may sound weird, it feels like I am sweating, but on the inside, now through my skin as I should be. My head sometimes feels like there is something dripping or crawling around up there sometimes, then it goes away, really wild.
ALso if you did have cancer somewhere let's say, your throat, if you ate something cold it wouldn't go away if it was cancer would it, such as esophageal or throat or thyroid cancer? I know it sounds stupid, both of these questions probably do, but this is the sensation I feel sometimes, it is not always present but it is the way I feel. Tweet
