Low stomach acid can hit many people, but Irish/Welsh/Scots and Native Americans have this particular tendency to low stomach acid. With low stomach acid you can't break out vital, calming minerals, and you will leave proteins undigested. Undigested protein forms ammonia, and high blood ammonia levels will make a person tend to "recycle" their thoughts, get stuck in ruts, and in a worst case situation, keep repeating themselves. This high blood ammonia from undigested protein can be resolved on two ends. Take digestive enzymes, or even Hydrochloric Acid supplements, during a meal to perk up digestion.
Two things can lower blood ammonia. Water, which dilutes the blood ammonia literally, and B-6, which neutralizes blood ammonia. Take small doses of B-6, no more than 50-100 mg. daily, as high doses can damage nerves. This offers great heart protection as high blood ammonia can poison tissue like the heart muscle, and can aggravate things like prostate or other problems.
