Candida and oxygen

My friend and I were discussing candida today and she mentioned that she uses bleach to kill the candida on her clothes, bed clothes, etc. when she does wash. She had a very extreme case when she was nursing her youngest child and had to take steps (diet, etc.) to get it under control. Ever since she has used bleach. Does anyone know if using one of the oxygen cleaners would kill yeast?

I use Oxo-Boost but she doesn't think it would kill yeast and that if I have a problem I am probably reinfecting myself by not killing it with bleach.
