Fruit in (anti-candida) moderation.

I was able to combat Candida with the use of fruit although I had no more than one green apple a day and a small handful of blueberries in some yogurt. Bitter fruits such as grapefruit and lemons will do no harm I learnt. I believe our bodies need the sugars in fruits for energy and well being so cutting it out totally is just not going to help anyone.

I know people will argue this factor but simply put I was in hospital last Oct/Nov and unable to walk and talk or digest for a few months, that is how severe my Candida became. Now I am able to eat most foods apart from wheat/gluten and remain on a balanced healthy anti-Candida diet but I DO have fruit each day.
