I've been raw for five days and already my face is clearing up. I've stopped drinking coffee. Something I thought I could not do. I've not had any symptoms other than habit cravings like going to the bookstore and getting coffee while I read magazines. Instead I got honey-ginseng tea and didn't miss the coffee with compulsory chocolate biscuit. I've also cut out fast foods and convenience store foods. I developed an addiction to these things while dealing with a painful emotional situation. Plus I have less stress in my life. I notice that since going raw, I've not been as angry and bitter. I notice my facial hair isn't growing as much but my nails are growing fast and the hair on my head is growing.
