That's when you accuse your doctor of profiteering at your expense and spit on him. If he doesn't get angry then theres hope for the world, otherwise we're doomed.

Actually it's where you spit in a glass of water and determine if you have candida overgrowth of your saliva based on whether it forms strings or sinks. In my opinion it's total bunk.
