Candida and Vitamin B12 deficiency?

I am vegetarian I suffer from severe lack of Vitamin B12 and thus have felt terrible for a long time coupled with Candida and I have felt like living hell. For just over 2 months I took large doses of multi-B?s with my vege juices to bring my B levels to normal. I did learn that B12 is hard to supplement orally (as my live blood cell tests showed very low levels of B12 still) and the best way to get your levels back up is via B12 injections.

I promptly went to my GP who was able to look at previous tests he conducted and my red blood cells showed a lack of B12. So promptly he gave me a shot in the butt and it was like a miracle drug! I felt instantly so much better and alive (apart from a sore rump). This morning I awoke to check my tongue (which also showed severe signs of B12 deficiency). Amazingly my tongue had changed over night in my sleep to show much less of a furrowed line down the middle.

I am told that a shot every week for 3-4 weeks should bring levels to normal and then (as I am a vege) have a shot each month to keep everything in check for a while. I suggest B12 shots to anyone who is deficient in B12 and/or is a vegetarian. Your GP should be able to blood test you and thus administer B12 shots as needed.

I do wish to ask is B12 something that depletes when one suffers from Candida, I think I read that somewhere on CureZone?
