Bolen's Clot Retraction Test (CRT) and Live Blood Analysis (LBA)

I have found from my own experience that the spit test works well with some individuals and not others. Much the same how the Celiac blood test will show up the disease in some and not others and the bowel biopsy can do the same.

My GP told me he tried the spit test with his wife (as she has suspected Candida) and it showed very big obvious strings in the spit whilst his own spit test showed very little (as he does not have any physical symptoms and probably has a normal colony of Candida).

However, I have severe symptoms physically but show no white tongue and the spit test shows slight Candida but I have been hospitalized with my illness. My boyfriend has no physical problems at all and feels well but he has a coated tongue and Candida now coming out in his poo (since we have been on the Anti- Candida diet), and his spit test showed severe Candida.

Each individual reacts differently to tests not just with Candida but a range of health conditions, so to dismiss the test completely I feel isn?t really the way to go, but to utilize spit test results along with looking at your tongue and blood, stool tests.

The most sure fire way to test for Candida is via Bolen's Clot Retraction Test (CRT) and Live Blood Analysis (LBA). You will ALWAYS get a true result.
