Raw veggies are fantastic for candida, because of the fiber and nutrient they contain... however your herbalist suggestion is Soooooooooooooo drastic.
If I were to be on this diet for a week I would suffer from deficiency in magnesium (stomachache pain, foul gas) and in zink (skin rashes). With candida we are so very deficient in essential nutrients due to poor absorption. I do eat raw veggies every day, and a green apple too. Plus I take psyllium every day, but to take only these would be dreadful.
Garlic is an antifungal but 12?.... 2 /3 cloves a day should be enough
