Studying while healing candida


When studying one needs to have his-her brain full potential at strategic time of the term.

While cleansing, the brain is likely to blur up with brain fog due to die off. What I do is that I then get very organized in taking notes, because I get to be so utterly forgetful, I just write everything down. And I cleanse, while the requirement is not too high.

However when examination time arrives this is no longer time for cleansing but rather to fall on the maintenance mode. And to read the notes, they often amaze me! I wrote that, no clue, it went in the crack of my brain potential. It is beyond me how I could manage to complete the Ph.D. (in a second language) while healing candida, but I did.


The maintenance mode consists of getting all the essential nutrient intakes : diet and supplement and coping basically with bm needs : a bit of psyllium (no bentonite) and enemas. I get to maintenance mode a week of two before I need my brain working. I also reduce the stress by doing a lot of exercise and stretches, and with vit B (3-6-12).

When you get back to cleansing mode again, if you have more than amonth ahead of you to take it easy, it is a good idea to start with a semi-fast (light breakfast and soup for dinner, a green apple for lunch and 4 liters of cayenne lemonade a day), this amount of water warns your metabolism that it has good conditions to clean up and in addition, the nutrient intake you have done meanwhile grants it all the essential material to be at it fully. Keep watching your energy level when fasting. Allow for a bit more sleep – as you enter detox mode at night – but get more protein intake (eggs + blanched nuts + fish) if you feel weak all day.
If your bm is not regular enough do the semi-fast + psyllium. And get a close look at your stool, watching for white stuff! The yeast died due to diet observance (English??? Frenglish!!!!LOL! ) and this amount of water washes it out.

Remember that coffee enemas are fantastic for brain fog!
