Hi All,
What juice would you recommend to replace apples for a kidney cleanse? I'm wanting to juice what's in season. Granny's and apples are out of season now in California. Valencia oranges are now in season.

I believe the objective is to get the malic acid from the grannys so is there an alternative way to do that?
