Read a bag of Splenda- the brand of sucralose sold in stores.
It has MORE maltodextrin in it than the sucralose! Malt in any form will make your candida much, much worse. VERY BAD!
Try Stevia - I think bad aftertaste, though.
Xylitol - lot of people recommending this, I am just starting to try
Also - I have NOT given up Sugar (not diabetic), but for controlling candida that has not been an issue. I got better anyway, and as candida got better I also lost interest in sugar! Not sure how that worked, but my doc was right. He does prefer honey to sugar, though. Never before would the cheesecake just be spoiling after Christmas like this, but I just no longer care...
