Hello,
Do not worry at all. Your weight will balance itself out. You will be very healthy and not sickly looking at all. You will be the pictture of perfect health.
Many recipes include cashews, flax seeds, tahini butter, nutbutters, avacadoas, baby coconuts, and many many good oils. You can juice as much as you want to add more calories. Carrots are very high calories and taste very sweet. You can make nut loafs to replace meat and vice cream to replace icecream. You can also ferment nutbutters to make a mock-cheese.
There is much more to this than plainn fruits and vegetables.
It is alot of fun and tastes better than cooked food.
I love to make a carob sauce out of raw carob, peruvian mesquite pod (tastes like carmel), tahini butter, and cocnut shavings. I dip my strawberries in this for an afternoon snack.
I honestly think you can modify it very well to suit your weight goals and asthetic preferences.
