What is andreas method/cure?

I followed Andreas protocals and cleared my candida as he said I would. like everything else, as you can see from the post above mine, what works for some will not work for others. I am very thankful I found Andreas' forum as it allowed me to regain my health and self confidence. I certainly don't think anything he says is silly.
