Thanks Yugo and here is Buckwheat pancake recipe!

Thanks Yugo for responding. I was craving them and have been
on such a stric diet for so long. I made them today and
no problems that I am aware of.

Here is our recipe. I have been making them for years because
my husband and sons are gluten intolerant.

Buckwheat Pancakes

2 cups Buckwheat flour
2 cups almond or rice milk
2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
2 eggs
2 tbsp. of oil (whatever safe oil you use)

Mix dry ingredients. Mix milk eggs and oil. Blend together.
We save leftovers and eat next day. Enjoy!!!
