I was advised by an expert at another forum, that all soy is bad for candida problems. I was eating tofu (which I really miss!), but that was the last food that was giving me problems, so I'm glad I stopped. I've been candida overgrowth-free for about six months now, more or less. I was using soy for menopause; maybe I'll go back, but I'm still taking care. Can you tell, after you eat the miso, if you have flare-ups?
