Thanks for this great post. I am trying to watch the video clips now, but my media player is so very slow. Until I can watch it completely, I am just very curious about something you said.....how did he die of arsenic poisoning? Did someone murder him? Did they catch the person(s)who did it?

I'm so new to this raw food business, haven't even conquered pure vegetarian yet so I'm sure it will take awhile to incorporate all of this into my life. But what I have been researching so far certainly supports everything you say in your post and I look forward to advancing my health with this lifestyle. I called and made a reservation for the David Wolfe seminars (Saturday only) and am really looking forward to it. I'll let you know how that goes.
