I was able to take the PD about a week or two before I also started getting headaches with even the slightest dosage. I talked to my colon hydrocolonist and she said lots of people become allergic to the phyllium. I tried pure phyllium and also had the same reaction to it as well. I have been using flax fiber based FiberSmart by RenewLife for several months with no problems.
