Skin lesions:

Since 5 months skin lesions are regularly growing on my body and the doctors have not been able to diagnose the problem. The lesions are very small like a little volcano which grow with the time and secret white material. They are itchy and give burning sensation every now and then. Four different modern Antibiotics have been tried out of no use. Since a month or so I have been using mustard oil and salt and there have been imporvements but where old ones are healing new ones are emerging. I am other wise healthy but now have signs of frustration.
I am in a country where traditional medicines are not commonly avaiable and this is one problem.
I am posting message to seek some advice how should I proceed.
