O.K. guys relax. The way I'm doing it is having the "qualified" dentist remove the filling and put in a temporary. I will take it from there [making the impressions, casting the die etc.] then I hand over the die {a resin part} to a micro-machinist who will then cnc the part which I will personally cement in mouth then grind to a fit with special drill. It's waaaaaay cheaper than the unethical prices dentist charge. Oh, and bye the way, I'm ON that anti-inflammatory drug they just pulled off the global market--It is working on my candida! Go figure.
