Re: How fast does ACV enema work ?

What I do is take a Cascara Sagrada herb pill the evening or night before I use the ACV enema, so that in the morning I am all cleaned out. I do this because I just want to see how much candida and yeast come out, without it being blurred by any other stuff. I do the ACV enemas for that reason only not to have a bowel movement, just to get out the candida. I wish I could get the ACV inside the entire colon though. Tweet
