Was your blood tested for possible beta strep (group B)
infection ? This could be a reason for the miscarriage.
Rocephin is a powerful, broad spectrum Antibiotic that
is given by IM (intramuscular)injection. Each shot of
Rocephin is equivalent to 30 doses of amoxicillin. So,
you got about 90 doses of amoxi if they gave you 3 injec-
tions. That's a lot of Antibiotics . I'm curious. Why
were the doctors giving you such high doeses of antibio-
tics? Were you running a high fever and they suspected
a major infection somewhere?
