What great information!

a year ago I had several severe infections and had three courses of anti-biotics - not a good idea. . . by October I was in such a brain fog I also could not drive, turn on the stove (my partner disconnected the fuel source for our stove/oven when he went on a trip, to prevent my using the appliance!) forgot people's names, what day/date it was. . . and I paid many bills twice, which caused some financial benefits but also some hardship later on.
For me. . .I DID feel like I was being poisoned, and like I was drunk! (this is all before I came to curezone) The Dr did not take me seriously, kept telling me to cut down stress - well, if I was stressed, I would not recall the stress 5 minutes later! Fortunately, I have a co-worker who was very supportive and understanding, and assisted me to keep up with my work load (We found later that I usually did things twice, which is better than not getting some tasks done) and found my short-term memory gone, but other memory intact.
I then found curezone, and had a lot of help. I gained knowledge and it helped. I did a 4 day superdose of CQ10 and diflucan - then had to start Liver Cleanses 4 weeks later, because I taxed my liver so. I started paragone, and now use Colosan. I eat low carb, no flour/sugar - bt note, I was doing that for 9 weeks before the brain fog got bad - which came on very quickly by the way.
What I am saying is the brain fog can be a thing of the past. I know that, but am afraid it will return! I was so afraid at the time. . .still cannot recall much of what happened then (others tell me, but I don't recall things myself), but do know that I recorded the fear I had then.
I did not know about Pantholene (did I spell that right) - is that something that could be used as prevention? I know that if I eat high Sugar fruits (other than a few berries in with something else) - it is a 2 week matter to recover from! So I just cannot eat some foods, period.
I know that I don't have candida "cured" - and when I think it is at bay, I am reminded it is not. I have had it, I believe for decades - as I recall thrush on my tongue 15 years ago that would not go away. . . other periods of high yeast/candida problems too. So it has been only 11 months of combatting this and will take more time.
Thanks for hearing my sharing, and for all the suggestions. I am sooooo afraid the brain fog will come back!
