enemas can create dependency, I think you have most of the stuff out and do not need to keep going at the same rate. 1 enema a day is a tremendous lot ... for candida we can do more than one a day but you as to beware of making the intestine muscles lazy. You should try to slowly reduce the rate - along with more fiber (psyllium: no dependency) at first.


Upper back pain indicates liver disorder, it is telling you that you need another liver flush. Wait 2 or 3 weeks (DRINKING A LOT OF WATER THE WEEK PRIOR TO THE FLUSH, TO SPARE YOUR KIDNEYS) and do another, you shall feel the difference.

You are doing real good, keep at it!
