Guar gum, psyllium seed, or pectin

Luckily, fiber comes fairly cheap, Mia! Per the book Encyclopedia of Natural Medicine, the fibers recommended for gut candida conditions are guar gum, psyllium seed, and pectin. These water-soluble fibers are said to bind to toxins in the gut and promote their excretion. The book recommends 1 tablespooon or 3-5 grams before bedtime, although I would think that taking throughout the day with meals would/could be of even more benefit. "Benefiber" is a common brand of guar gum in the U.S., carried by WalMart and elsewhere.
