This raw guy on ebay says his dehydrater is best for raw food diet. His machine is 500 watts. then cheaper ones were only 300 watts so I said, what gives? 300 watts would be gentleer to enzymes. I do not know which is best. Some are made for beef jerky, with no idea about raw cooking, but that doesn't mean that they are not good. If a person lets it sit long enough and dry out slowly, it should be ok i think.
Any brand/models that are good dehydrators????????
