These are the toxins, searching for a way out, but in lack of antioxydants to lead them there.
Antioxydants you need are: fish oil (vit A) and vitamin E
They help tp carry the toxins out. Detox bath: warm bath with Sea Salt would also drag the toxins out.
Furthermore if indeed you have candida, you need calcium magnesium, vitamin B ( B3- B6- B12) vitamin C.
Plenty of water. Carrying on with carrot juice and beet juice is also good... if you make sure you drink just as much water afterwards.
As well as probiotics: good bacterias and enzymes.
