I have the same type of reaction to psyllium and it make my symptoms worse, so I stoped using it. I have also used Citrucel which works fine for me but it is rather inconvenient for me, do to my time schedule. so I have found that Ultimate Cleanse from Nature's Secret, works great for me. I dought that it is good for everyone though.
